LUXHAVEN CLIENT SERVICES
Terms of service
Luxhaven Trading L.L.C · United Arab Emirates
The business.
This website is operated by Luxhaven Trading L.L.C, business registration number 2669809, at Gold & Diamond Park, Building 2, Unit 2219, 1st Floor, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Our collection.
Luxhaven is an independent reseller of pre-owned watches and luxury handbags. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of any manufacturer featured. Product listings describe individual products. Condition, year, box and papers, accessories and disclosed modifications vary between items.
Prices and availability.
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Review the current listing and the final order total before paying. Each listing is an individual item; placing it in your bag does not reserve it. Availability is checked when checkout begins.
If a material error or availability issue prevents us from fulfilling a paid order, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate correction or refund rather than substitute another product without your agreement.
Payment upon collection.
Place your order online and pay the displayed final AED total, including any applicable tax, at our Dubai showroom. Collection is free and by appointment. No online payment is taken. An order confirmation reserves the items for 48 hours and shows the exact hold deadline; it is not a payment receipt. Contact our team to agree a collection appointment within that period. Uncollected orders expire and release the stock. Contact us to cancel an unpaid order.
Collection, delivery and returns.
Online orders are for collection from our Dubai showroom. Our delivery policy and returns and refunds policy form part of the purchase information. There are no change-of-mind returns, but this does not restrict mandatory remedies for defective, incorrect, misdescribed or non-authentic goods.
Responsible use.
Please provide accurate contact, billing and any delivery information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit misleading enquiries. Product photographs and website content may not be reused without permission.
Privacy and contact.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information. For help, contact [email protected] or +971 50 318 8026. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
