Order online. Pay at the showroom.

Online orders are collected by appointment from Luxhaven Trading L.L.C, Gold & Diamond Park, Building 2, Unit 2219, 1st Floor, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Payment is due in full when you collect your items. No payment is taken through the website.

Your 48-hour collection window.

A confirmed order reserves the listed items for 48 hours. Your confirmation shows the order number, final AED total and exact hold deadline in Dubai time. Contact us with your order number to arrange a collection appointment within that window.

Showroom hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–9:00 PM, Dubai time (GMT+4). An appointment time must be agreed with our team; entering a preferred time at checkout does not book a slot. Uncollected orders expire after 48 hours and the items become available again.

Prices and collection charges.

Collection is free. The final total shown at checkout includes any applicable tax and is the amount due at collection. The confirmation is an order record, not a receipt for payment.

When you visit.

Bring your order number so our team can find your order. You can inspect the item and its included accessories before completing payment and collection. If you need to cancel an unpaid order, contact us before the hold deadline.

Delivery enquiries.

Online checkout currently offers showroom collection only. For any delivery request, contact our team before ordering. A delivery service is not included in a collection order.
