1. Do you ship outside the United Arab Emirates?

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.

2. How long does delivery take?

Our delivery time is 4–9 business days (1–2 days handling time + 3–7 days transit time), Monday to Saturday.

3. What are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of 100 AED for all standard shipping orders across the UAE.

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, local bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in new condition with original packaging and tags.

7. How do I initiate a return?

Please email us at info@luxhaven.ae with your order number and details. We will provide return instructions and a free return label.

8. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

9. What happens if my package is lost?

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or family members, then contact the courier. If your package is officially declared lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund.
