Return Eligibility
The watch must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of sale, shipping, and delivery — including original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories.
Items that show signs of wear, tampering, or alteration (including resizing or removal of protective stickers) will not be eligible for return.
24-Hour Return Window
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to notify Luxhaven of your intent to return an item.
To initiate a return, please email info@luxhaven.ae within this timeframe, referencing your order number and reason for return.
Returns requested after this 24-hour window will not be accepted, except at our sole discretion.
Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase from Luxhaven.ae.
Buy Back & Trade-In Option
As an alternative to a return, we offer a Buy Back or Trade-In option for most timepieces purchased from us.
You may request a cash offer from Luxhaven, or trade in your piece for another watch or item of fine jewelry.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 30% of the transaction value may apply if the item is returned in a condition that deviates from the original shipment (as per our records).
This fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs, including insurance and proper packaging, are the responsibility of the customer.
If Luxhaven provides a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund or billed separately.
Final Sale Items
Custom orders, special orders, or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
